TRAINING OUTLINE

Day 1 – Theory and hands-on practice on a mannequin (9 hours):

  • Anatomy of Eyelashes: Understanding the Basics for Effective Treatment
  • Health and Safety Standards: Essential Guidelines for Ensuring Flawless and Safe Installations
  • Essential products and tools: Everything you need to get started
  • Length, type, diameter, and shape of the eyes: How to choose the right extensions for each client
  • Client Consultation: Knowing How to Listen and Understand Your Clients' Needs
  • Technical skills: Isolation, placement, direction, and creation of extension clusters
  • Steps for Applying Eyelash Extensions: Mastering the Entire Process
  • Care and Removal: Learn how to make your extensions last longer and how to remove them properly
  • Practical training on a mannequin: Role-playing to master all stages of the procedure

Day 2 – Practice on a human model (4 hours):

  • Review and refinement of techniques: Refine your movements and approach
  • Practical application on a live model: Hands-on practice on a human model with personalized feedback and guidance
  • Personal development: Each participant receives guidance tailored to her needs

Day 3 – Theoretical and practical assessment in the salon, hands-on experience with a client (4 hours):

  • On-the-job training: Practical assessment using a client model in a real-world setting
  • Theoretical Assessment: Test your knowledge of all aspects of installation
  • Practical assessment: Application on a client model, with real-time supervision and corrections
  • Goal: To be ready to work independently in a salon
